All our products have a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date by the conditions stated below. (Inventory clearance or close out items do NOT have a money back guarantee, all sales are final on these items.)
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
PRODUCTS THAT ARE OPENED OR DAMAGED ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. All products must be returned within 30 days of the day of purchase, which are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. We do NOT accept returns and/or exchanges based on the following:
1) Smell and/or taste of products. This should not be a deciding factor when consuming health supplements. Many health products are often created from organic herbs etc, and have not been processed to change to smell or color as this process compromises the natural benefits of the product. If you find the product unpleasant to the taste we recommend you take it with you favorite juice or food, unless it specifically states otherwise on the directions. If in the rare occasion you can not get yourself to take a product you have already opened and used, please find someone who can benefit from it and pass the product(s) along to them.
2) If you have any allergies we recommend you view the ingredient list on our products pages along with the amounts contained in each dosage. It is your responsibility to printout the product specifications so that you may present them to your medical doctor for advice, warnings, guidance and dosage amounts depending on your individual needs. (Our staff is NOT qualified to give out medical advice and therefore are not responsible for unexpected reactions brought upon the consumption of any and all products we sell.)
We do not match any company's guarantees and/or warranties that they advertise on Television, Radio, Magazines, Newspapers, Mailings, etc. Our return policy overrides any and all policies set forth by other companies even if they are the manufacturer and/or supplier of the products(s). Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.
All fees and shipping charges are NOT refundable! ( All returns will be assessed a service and handling return fee of $10.00 per credit issued.) Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.
Steps to complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Contact our Customer Service Department by emailing to Returns@AntiAgingandHealth.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and mail your package(s) to the address provided on your invoice.
- Write the reason for returning the product and the RMA number on the sales receipt you received with your order or a copy of the sales receipt.
- The RMA number MUST be written underneath your return address at the top left of the package being returned.
- Mail back the remaining product PROMPTLY in the products original packaging, the receipt stating the reason for the return and the Return Merchandise Number (RMA) to the address supplied to you by our customer service representative.
- Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.
- RMA's which are not received within 10 business days of issue are void and will NOT be honored.
ORDER CANCELATION POLICY:
All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
Cancellation for Auto-Ship Orders:
The customer is responsible for canceling their Auto-Ship subscription. To cancel simply send an email to Orders@antiagingandhealth.com, please include your full name and phone number. Orders that are shipped prior to the customer notifying us are subject to the Order Cancellation Policy previously mentioned.
Fraudulent Chargeback Policy:
The charge that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be Anti-Aging & Health or AAD. If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for an order that you placed and received, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon reversal of the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase and that you did receive your product(s). NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - If you do not remember making the purchase - call the number on your statement next to the charge BEFORE calling your bank.
Fraudulent Charges - Stolen Credit Card Purchases:
We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction and to the FBI for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
