Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the time we receive them. Orders are normally received within 3-4 days but please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
At this time, AAD ships merchandise to locations within USA and US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands for a for a flat rate of $8.95. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands add additional $5.55.) Additionally, AAD ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. This flat fee includes both shipping and processing costs. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on the Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Refund Policy
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
